Getting to you: your order then ships from the production facility nearest you. For US addresses our production partner publishes an estimate of 4–30 business days depending on the carrier and destination. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Delivery times are estimates from our production partner, not guarantees.
- Everything is made to order, so our returns process is a little different from a warehouse store. Arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong? We will make it right. Email team@yuckyducks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. If the fault is ours, the replacement or refund is on us. Parcel lost in transit? Same address, within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Ordered the wrong size? Email team@yuckyducks.com with your order number and the size you need. Because every item is made to order, size exchanges are reviewed individually and can’t be guaranteed — please wait to hear back from us before sending anything back. Wrong or incomplete shipping address If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the delivery went unclaimed, reshipping is at the customer’s cost. Approved returns are inspected on arrival and processed within 7 business days. Items need to be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are refundable only when the error was ours.
